Daily Care and Use about cutting board

Thank you for purchasing Boelley products. In order to make better use of Boelley 

products,please read this following important information carefully before use!


First-time use:

To coat the board with a food-safe mineral 

oil on all side surface and rub it with a soft,

dry cloth.  


Storage: 

Clean up in time after using it, wipe the 

water off the surface and store in a dry 

place (recommended stand on a shelf)


Cleaning:

Never soak your board or place it in the 

dishwasher.

Rinse your board in warm,soapy water.

wipe it dry in time and keep it dry after 

every use.

To get rid of stains ,scrub some coarse 

salt over the surface of the board with a 

sponge , then rinse and dry. 

To remove odors from the board, rub a 

paste of baking soda and water over the 

board before rinsing and drying.



Care:

Regularly dry-wipe the Mineral oil on the 

surface to extend the useful life and 

repair knife marks.Repeat this once a 

month thereafter.


Warm Tips:

Do not soak in water or expose to the sun.

Do not put in a place where the temperature 

is too high or too dry.

Do not soak or boil for a long time, in very 

wet conditions, your board may warp, 

twist or splinter.

Do not wash the board in the dishwasher.

This product is not a toy, please keep away 

from children to avoid injuries or accidents.

The normal use of kitchen knives will cause 

small knife marks on the cutting board, 

which is a normal phenomenon in the use.
